The customer, a specialized boutique law firm, is launching an ambitious initiative to harness AI and advanced technology to refine their operations, aiming for enhanced efficiency and personalized client service in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. This project targets automating manual processes across case management, marketing, and accounting to reduce operational costs and improve transparency, thereby allowing the firm to concentrate more on client advocacy and strategic litigation. With a tech-forward strategy, the initiative is designed to meet both present and future needs, deploying AI-powered tools for better decision-making and client engagement, ultimately setting a new benchmark for legal services with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Design and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that integrates AI and advanced digital solutions into the firm's operational processes and client engagement platforms, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and personalization.
Lead the selection, customization, and deployment of Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP) to streamline case management, client communications, and internal operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Spearhead the development and execution of cloud-based solutions, specifically on AWS, to support scalable, secure, and flexible legal services and data management.
Ability to integrate solutions into business processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
Expert in one of the Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP): OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, Salesforce, etc.
Proficiency in Cloud Application Development / Custom Software Development / SaaS Development / Application Development / Web Development
Experience with AWS Solution Architecture is a big advantage
Experience in solution development with AI and Generative AI components is a big advantage
Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP)
Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python or JavaScript, to support custom software development and integration
Extensive knowledge and experience in the role of Software and/or Solution Architect, with a focus on designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
Deep familiarity with AWS Cloud services, architecture, and best practices for deploying and managing applications in the cloud
Awareness of current and emerging technology trends, especially in AI and Generative AI, and how they can be applied to improve legal services and operations
Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing technology solutions, leading to significant operational improvements and client satisfaction enhancements.
Previous involvement in the development and deployment of AI-driven tools or platforms, with tangible results in process optimization and decision-making efficiency.
A track record of managing and executing projects that leverage cloud technologies, particularly AWS, to scale and improve business operations.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technological solutions and business objectives.
