We are looking for a New Account Coordinator to support our Credit Department.
Summary:
New Account Coordinator is an entry-level position, which includes both administrative responsibilities and applicant support. Understands applicant’s requirements and communicates accordingly while maintaining accurate data in relevant systems.
Responsibilities:
- Enters and maintains data in all relevant systems.
- Coordinates customer inquiries and handles new customer notifications.
- Communicates with applicants in a timely, positive, and professional manner via a variety of written, electronic, and oral methods.
- Learns and uses several software applications with a high degree of proficiency.
- Ability to process all inbound information with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma is required at a minimum, or Associates Degree with emphasis on business or accounting or commensurate experience required. College degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is also a plus.
- High degree of expertise in several discrete software applications required.
