New Account Operations Specialist

• Review and decision consumer new Consumer and Small Business account applications and documentation required to determine if they are within the Bank’s risk tolerance guidelines
• Perform CIP on consumer account applications to assess risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations
• Review CIP on small business account applications to assess risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations Partner with other BUs and collaborate with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experience
• Process complex account maintenance and vesting changes for consumer and small business accounts Onboard wholesale, NRA, small business, and Advisor small business accounts into cores systems Process Service Cloud cases
• Responsible for adhering to the reporting and record-keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the bank’s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training

• HS Diploma
• 1 year banking experience
