They will partner with managers to develop a recruiting strategy by having a deep understanding of the candidate landscape and our business. Utilizing their expertise in sourcing, selling, and evaluating talent, they will lead the full lifecycle recruitment process and deliver diverse candidate pools. This role is based at New Balance headquarters in the Boston area.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Lead and execute the sourcing process of external candidates, assess internal talent, and manage the full cycle recruitment process.• Research, identify, and cultivate talent networks that will further progress the company’s talent strategy.• Leverage New Balance’s unique culture to source critical roles within the industry, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality and diverse talent.• Lead various TA initiatives that strengthen our employment brand and candidate journey.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:• 3-5 years of highly successful recruitment experience.• Commitment to creating a superior candidate experience.• Exceptional initiative, judgment, and customer service focus.• An appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace.• Demonstrated capabilities in LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.• Strong negotiation, resolution, and facilitation skills.Regular Associate BenefitsOur products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
