Who You Are:
TBWA\Chiat\Day is looking for a New Business Director who embodies TBWA's values, attitude, and approach to working. This role will oversee and autonomously run new business pitches of varying sizes, will actively prospect and advocate for the agency, and work closely with the Comms team on projects that advance and enhance the agency's profile among the business community. As the primary source of business health and growth for the agency, an optimistic, positive, and straightforward approach are ideal attributes for this role within this culture-building and business-driving department.
The core of this role will be client-facing and selling the agency to prospects. A deep belief in TBWA\Chiat\Day and what sets us apart from our competition in the industry is a must. You must become an expert on TBWA's company history, purpose/vision, beliefs, cases, current business, and department strategy.
The New Business Director reports directly into the Chief Marketing Officer of TBWA, North America.

Location:
Given the nature of the team, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City.
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$180,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
