We believe in protecting our businesses and customers and are looking to build innovative solutions that will allow us to become a global leader in cyber security.Hybrid role - 3 days in office 2 remote daysLocations - Austin Texas or Princeton New JerseyJob Responsibilities Measurement and visualization of risk posture and state of compensating controls Governance of process and procedures Contributing to planning and execution oversight of Cyber Defense strategy Operational assuredness (make sure everything is working as expected) Coordinating hot topics and service improvements Tracking and prioritizing the remediation of challenges, blockers, and hygiene Standardizing global approaches to Cyber Defense Representing Cyber Defense in companywide or business specific projects that impact our Cyber Security PostureQualificationsEssential: 8 – 10 years of experience in large and complex organizations, with 3-5 years of experience working in threat- management, Cyber Security Engineering/Infrastructure, Intel or SOC capability. Lateral thinker / curious / positive mind set / systematic approach to solving problems and improving services Experience managing policy and working with auditors Proficiency in both technology skills and cyber security philosophies Comfort working with and presenting to executive audiences Multitasking, tracking work, establishing milestones, and conveying the status of multiple work efforts simultaneously Experience in managing relationships with technology senior stakeholders and conveying technical security status with meaningful business context in a succinct and comprehensible fashionDesirable: Experience in managing relationships with technology service providers and integrators. Red or Blue team experience News or media industry experience Working Knowledge of Agile methodologies Information/Cyber security tools Experience with statements of work and the financing of third party relationships Experience in developing career paths and retaining top talent, mentoring team members Full understanding of NIST, PCI, ISO27001 and similar frameworksOther Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience Desirable certification of at least one of the following: OSCP, GCIA, GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH, GSEC, CCNP, CISSP• Job Category:Pay Range: $170,000 - $220,000We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
