As the Head of Business Technology at Nextdoor, you will join a dynamic team that includes Business Systems Leads and a Corporate IT Lead. Your primary focus will be on managing the corporate IT function at Nextdoor and overseeing business systems such as people, finance, and CRM systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT platform infrastructure, including JAMF, OKTA, GSuite Administrator, Slack, and fleet management, as well as the Salesforce and Workday platforms that support our business systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation and strategic advancement of our internal technology landscape.

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $215,000 to $295,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
