Responsibilities: Event setup and coordination: Assist in organising and setting up fundraising events, ensuring all necessary equipment, signage, and materials are in place for a seamless event experience. Attend to donors and supporters: Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and engaging with event attendees, answering questions, and offering information about the cause and fundraising initiatives. Assist in fundraising activities: Support fundraising efforts by actively participating in auctions, raffles, and other fundraising activities, encouraging donor engagement and maximising donation opportunities. Crowd management and event logistics: Ensure the smooth flow of events by managing crowd control, directing participants, and coordinating with event vendors and partners. Support event communication: Assist in distributing promotional materials, managing registration and ticketing processes, and ensuring attendees have the information they need to fully enjoy the event. Problem-solving and adaptability: Remain flexible and proactive in handling unexpected challenges or changes during events, finding quick and effective solutions to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all participants. Post-event activities: Assist in event cleanup, inventory management, and evaluation processes, ensuring proper documentation and analysis for future event improvements.
