Senior Manager, Trust & Safety Operations

Niantic is seeking a Senior Manager for Trust and Safety Operations to lead global moderation operations, escalations, and investigations. The role involves partnering with global teams and cross-functional partners to enforce policy and develop shared goals.

Responsibilities

Lead global moderation operations and workforce management
Manage escalations, incident response, and investigations
Support senior executives with crisis management
Develop and oversee escalation and investigation protocols
Partner in creating and managing knowledge and training resources
Establish feedback loops and partnerships with global teams
Design metrics and reporting frameworks for policy enforcement
Lead Niantic's Safety cross-functional group
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
