Associate Director - Consulting (Above Market Customer Success)

Job Description

As an Associate Director (Consulting) in the Above Market Customer Success Team, you will be leading a team of Analytics and Insights and working with cross-functional/countries team to service the regional headquarters of NIQ global clients.

  • Customers Obsessed
    • Customer focus with a consistent approach and enhance customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships and improve engagement with clients.
    • Show interest in the customer and their business/industry
    • Lead senior Stakeholders on thought leadership & insights
  • Effective Communicator
    • Able to deliver clear, complete and correct information appropriately (even while checking for understanding)
    • Facilitating daily and strategic two-way communication with customers
  • Proactive, look out for Voice of Client
    • Take action by kickstarting initiatives and not only reacting to customer requests. Always look out for VOC and recognize opportunities for improvement.
    • Drives NPS participation rate & positive score
    • Work with in-market teams and other NIQ stakeholders to develop NPS action plans
  • Business Acumenand strategic thinking with C-suite engagement & Sales Leads Generation
    • Able to uncover unstated needs beyond clients' briefs and develop insights, implications, and recommendations that lead to opportunities and outcomes, including generating sales leads for NIQ across solutions/products
    • Lead senior Stakeholders on thought leadership & insights
    • Good understanding of NIQ solutions
    • Drives Quantified Business Opportunity (QBO )
  • Results & Outcome Focus
    • Co-own JBP with Account Development Team
    • Lead Governance Process & Discussion
    • Escalation Management (for major escalation)
  • Leadership & Management 
    • Leading a team of analytics & insights to fulfill the analytical requirements of the clients.
    • Working with cross functional/countries teams to address clients' business questions, concerns & queries
    • Working with Account Development team to drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree from all backgrounds
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in relevant field which required communication, operational, and analytical skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Good visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
  • Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work within a virtual environment
  • Open for change, integrity & client-centric mindset
