Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet pour piloter des initiatives stratégiques d'optimisation et d'harmonisation de nos processus de traitement des données et/ou d'amélioration de la qualité. Votre mission ? Améliorer continuellement la qualité des informations que nous fournissons à nos clients dans un environnement Big Data dynamique.
Missions
- Piloter des projets d'optimisation et d'harmonisation des processus de traitement des données, transformation digitale, ainsi que des projets d'amélioration continue de la qualité et de traitement des demandes clients.
- Accompagner nos équipes commerciales dans la conduite du changement auprès de nos clients pour déployer les nouveaux processus.
- Collaborer étroitement avec diverses parties prenantes (direction commerciale, customer success,Technology, Operations center) pour garantir la réussite des projets de transformation et d'amélioration de la qualité.
Profil
- Classe préparatoire plus diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieurs
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de Projet ou Senior Associate en cabinet de conseil, avec une spécialisation dans le retail, le back-office bancaire, projet de transformation digitale, ou au sein de sociétés d'études spécialisées en traitement et harmonisation des données marketing
- Parfaitement bilingue Anglais/Français avec d'excellentes capacités de communication, de synthèse et de conviction.
- Capacité à manager par influence dans un environnement multi-pays.
- Ambitieux, débordant d'énergie, tout en étant humble et pédagogue.
