RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain a close business relationship with a group of assigned FMCG clients
Ongoing cooperation with manufacturers and its proactive expansion incl. negotiations
Understanding the business and the client's needs
Accountability for business planning and implementation
Owning the business plan: financial target/proposal submission/revenue on hand/pipeline and tracking the financial performance of the clients
Identifying manufacturers business needs and finding the best fitting Nielsen solutions – cooperation with other internal departments
Close cooperation with the analytics team preparing recommendations and providing solutions to the client
Delivering top-level presentations which provide high-quality insights and recommendations into clients’ strategies
Being a NIQ representative outside the company (client meetings, industry meetings, conferences)

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct a dialogue with people from different departments and at different levels of the organization structure
Consultative sales oriented profile and ability to build enduring relationships
Highly developed interpersonal and business networking skills
Will and readiness to cooperate with challenging external Clients
Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented
Being familiar with FMCG area and its trends
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Fluency in business English and Polish
