Ninja Food is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, problem solver, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Ensure an empathetic and positive customer experience by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them with patience and understanding.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations professionally.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
