Talent Acquisition Specialist, Product
NinjaTrader is a growth-stage fintech company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment lifecycle and support product teams.
Skills
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Knowledge of product skillsets
- Talent pipeline building
- Understanding of hiring laws
- Experience with ATS Greenhouse
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and screening candidates
- Execute sourcing strategies for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers on technical requirements
- Organize interview teams and internal communications
- Deliver job offers and ensure onboarding experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
