Android Lead Engineer - Now Hiring

A preferred advisor to leading Fortune 500 brands, Nisum enables clients to achieve direct business growth by building the advanced technology they need to reach end customers in today’s world, with immersive and seamless experiences across digital and physical channels.What You'll Do• This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any requirements related to Android development.• Work with the Product Manager and Designer to design and develop our Android application.• Involvement in the complete development cycle - product development, test automation, CI/CD pipeline, and application development.• Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions.• Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap.• Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs.• Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements.• Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.What You Know• Need strong Android hands-on experience.• 3+ years of lead experience.• Work experience in Design Systems or knowledge of Design Systems.• Working experience and expertise in Compose.• Working with Figma.• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Will require showing demos for components and coaching the team for adoption of the libraries.• Knowledge of Dependency Management System - GitHub Submodules, Artifactory.Nice to have• GitHub workflow automation.• Knowledge of Python, JS, React, React Native.• Style Dictionary.• Code Documentation.Education• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Compensation Band• $130-140k per year.Nisum is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are proud of our ongoing efforts to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
