Scrum Master - W6720

• Coordinate with the client manager to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team is following Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
• Work closely with the tech lead and business analyst to groom stories, prioritize backlog items, and estimate story points.
• Track and monitor end-to-end delivery of user stories, features, and epics.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline or scope.
• Work with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Report project status to internal and external stakeholders using Agile metrics, burn-down charts, and other relevant tools.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members on Agile principles and practices.

• A Minimum of at least 5 years of experience,
• Experience should include a scrum master role.
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
