The opportunity Join Adobe Design in shaping the future of Enterprise AI tools within Experience Cloud. We're seeking a Staff Designer to pioneer the next generation of AI-driven experiences for technical enterprise users. Are you passionate about empowering teams and companies to leverage AI for transformative business outcomes? In this role, you'll lead the charge in defining the possibilities within this dynamic space. What you’ll do As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead the design of integrated experiences that revolutionize Enterprise workflows beyond traditional Adobe toolsets. Your focus will encompass AI problem spaces, where users tackle intricate technical challenges. In this role, you will • Help build GenAI strategy for enterprise content creation at scale across the Experience Cloud design team and beyond. • Simplify complexity by devising actionable plans in ambiguous scenarios. • Collaborate with strategic partners across all Adobe clouds to craft the future positioning of enterprise workflows. • Conceptualize design ideas through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes, refining them based on feedback and research. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align technological capabilities with user needs. • Work closely with senior executives, product managers, senior engineering scientists, and partners across the company to streamline product innovation • Proactively collaborate across multiple teams to align on strategy and extend design patterns. What you need to succeed Must-haves: • Proven design experience in a similar field • Experience with at-scale workflows, automation and templatization • A background and understanding of enterprise design • A history of leading design for and launching complex, yet intuitive products • College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma • Ability to build functional prototypes to test with users and or work closely with researchers • Experience working iteratively with engineering teams to bring the vision to life • Solid interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and storytelling skills • Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team • Excellent design craft and the ability to blend that with strong intuition for business • A real passion for collaborating across many subject areas Nice-to-haves: • Prior experience working within a creative agency or an enterprise design team • Prior experience crafting design strategy for GenAI, platform experiences, and/or systems • Deep knowledge around and passion for accessible and inclusive design How to apply To be considered for this role, please submit your resume and portfolio. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,900 -- $252,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
