This role is critical to delivering on WTW’s strategy to simplify in order to drive growth by acting as a coordinator for all growth enablement activities. As a trusted partner for Lead Relationship Managers, geography leaders and marketing, the Sales Operations team supports the execution, progression and analysis of growth plans within a geography and for assigned complex client relationships.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to the location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, performance in the role, and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
