North America Sales Operations

This role is critical to delivering on WTW’s strategy to simplify in order to drive growth by acting as a coordinator for all growth enablement activities. As a trusted partner for Lead Relationship Managers, geography leaders and marketing, the Sales Operations team supports the execution, progression and analysis of growth plans within a geography and for assigned complex client relationships.

The Role

  • Deliver insights and partner with sales leadership and marketing to execute growth themes locally
  • Manage and execute consistent approach to client satisfaction (both Independent Client First and Net Promotor Score) locally and report engagement for the market by client and by market/business
  • Determine action plans to be executed locally to improve client satisfaction results
  • Identify, monitor and report client’s at-risk status at the market level to develop robust action plans
  • Execute growth priorities locally through growth planning, account planning and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with regional and market leaders to execute on complex campaigns to grow and retain our client base
  • Partner with market business leadership to identify target clients across all tiers to increase client integration
  • Deliver client monitoring themes within the market and manage action plan against priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to drive growth activities and share best practices
  • Manage data integrity within Enterprise Client Solution (ECS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure client lead, team members, segmentation, pipeline and activities are represented accurately
  • Report CRM metrics such as pipeline analytics, activity and insights to drive sales actions
  • Deliver pipeline reporting in partnership with finance and uphold new business financial discipline
  • Act as local owner of CRM and sales tools by reviewing utilization and adherence
  • Utilize and partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute and project manage marketing, Market and Client Insights (MCI), RFP, contracting and reporting activities
  • Execute consistent implementation of Sales Operations activities locally
  • Share and leverage best practice across WTW to deploy locally

Salary range and benefits information for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to the location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, performance in the role, and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
