Reports To

Director, Sales Enablement

What You Will Be Doing

In this training/admin role, you will support the Global Sales Enablement team by providing administrative support for our Content Management System (Seismic) and Learning Management System (Lessonly) as well as facilitate conversations and training sessions. Training sessions will be conducted virtually as well as onsite and at ChargePoint Headquarters with our Internal employees and Channel partners to ensure they are experts in the electric vehicle charging industry. You will be on the forefront of electric vehicle (EV) charging with the leader in the EV charging industry, ChargePoint. You may travel to partner sites as well as CP Headquarters to train. You can be part of the solution to many environmental problems. Through your training, you will enable our employees, customers, and channel partners to get EV chargers across North America which enables more people to buy an electric vehicle and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • A positive, eager to learn attitude
  • Deliver training programs to support learning objectives that align with Channel sales organization's goal
  • Ability to travel in North America and occasionally to Europe
  • Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent and up-to-date and in line with products and larger organizational initiatives
  • Present training materials using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, presentations, videos, podcasts, and other creative techniques
  • Work cross functionally with sales leadership, marketing, product, and systems teams to align training goals
  • Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance in Sales
  • Track training data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations on how we move forward with training for sales roles.
  • Summarize and share data through regular reports and presentations to the sales leadership team
  • Work with internal teams to increase awareness of learning programs
  • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly training programs to keep sales learning
  • Create and maintain annual calendar for Internal and Channel training

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in customer-facing training.
  • Background in adult learning techniques.
  • 25-35% travel required.
  • Experience with full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, facilitate, monitor, and evaluate).

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $40,500 to $80,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
