The end goal is to provide the capability to adequately screen the most advanced RF products, supporting all major wireless standards, in the most efficient manner possible. You will be responsible for evaluating performance of ATE platforms and architectures, which are being considered to address future products. If you have a passion for RF systems and software and want to work together with a fast-paced and talented development team, this is the position for you.Responsibilities• Test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications.• Support data analysis and evaluation of test system capabilities• Develop performance model of different test systems for RF and DC performance• Developing test methodologies to improve accuracy and measurement capability.Required Experience and Skills• Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, Physics, CE or closely related field with 8 years’ experience or MS degree and 6 years’ experience.• Experience in developing Semiconductor ATE solutions, including C++ programming, in an ATE.• Strong background in hardware and software development on ATE platforms.• Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation, and de-bug.• Experience developing measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz.• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.• Excellent debug skills, communication, and teamwork.• Proficiency in MS-Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Desired Experience and Skills• Experience with PCB design and layout.#LI-PB1The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
