Business Development Associate - Houston

Northspyre is looking for highly motivated recent graduates/early career professionals to help with business development initiatives in the real estate technology industry. Participants will undergo intensive sales training and have the opportunity for a full-time role at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

Learn about real estate projects and project delivery
Research and assist with prospecting potential customers
Support the sales team through the entire sales cycle
Accurately manage activities, pipeline, and client portfolio
Receive mentorship and guidance throughout the program

Education

Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.2+)
