Business Development Associate - Houston
Northspyre is looking for highly motivated recent graduates/early career professionals to help with business development initiatives in the real estate technology industry. Participants will undergo intensive sales training and have the opportunity for a full-time role at the end of the program.

Responsibilities
- Learn about real estate projects and project delivery
- Research and assist with prospecting potential customers
- Support the sales team through the entire sales cycle
- Accurately manage activities, pipeline, and client portfolio
- Receive mentorship and guidance throughout the program
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.2+)
