Business Development Associate - Washington DC

Northspyre is looking for highly motivated recent graduates/early career professionals to join their business development team. Participants will undergo intensive sales training, learn about the real estate industry, and develop their business skills.

Responsibilities

Learn about real estate projects and their delivery processes
Assist real estate project teams in leveraging technology for efficient project management
Research and prospect potential customers
Support the sales team through various activities in the sales cycle
Manage client portfolio within the CRM system
Receive mentorship and guidance throughout the internship program

Education

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2
