Medical Assistants and Front Desk/Reception for Cleveland, OH, ALL LOCATIONS

We have Medical Assistant and Front Desk openings at all locations: Avon, Ashtabula, Broadview, Chagrin, Concord, Medina, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, Westlake, Mentor, Kent, Willowick, Mayfield, Lakewood, Madison, and new locations opening in Solon and Shaker Heights.

Scheduling is tentative 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends, 3 shifts/week for full time on a floating schedule. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.

Job description

The Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact between the patient and clinical staff. Patient check in, insurance verification, collection of co-pays and balances, various other front office duties. The front office position plays a vital role of ensuring & exceeding the expectations of the patient with the Piedmont Urgent Care experience.

The Clinical Service Representative (CSR) is a key member who works in conjunction with physicians, midlevel practitioners, office and clinical staff to provide patient care management, administrative functions, and
routine clinical procedures in Prisma Health Urgent Care's fast paced, high-energy clinical office environment.
