In this role, you'll act as the administrative nursing liaison in the absence of the Director of Nursing, overseeing nursing activities and ensuring high-quality patient care. You'll monitor staffing needs and provide direct supervision of nursing personnel, all while cultivating a positive workplace culture that reflects our mission and values. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to educate and train staff to improve their skills and keep everyone up-to-date with best practices in patient care. Your expertise will be essential in emergency situations, guiding staff and making critical decisions on the spot. You’ll help in budgeting and performance improvement activities, making sure that our nursing department not only meets but exceeds the standards expected from a leading healthcare provider. With a Bachelor’s degree, a current Illinois RN license, and several years of experience under your belt, you're well-equipped to thrive in this role.
