Job descriptionFinancial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company- Reno• APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN RENO/SPARKS/CARSON/TAHOE OR SURROUNDING AREAS*Job Summary: As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills, however, no specific finance background is required as we do provide robust training and development for all of our newest representatives.First year financial advisor income range: $60,000- $150,000.Average income per advisor that’s been here over 5 years: $450,000, top 25% is $1M, top 10% is $1.8M.Basic Qualifications• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills• Proven ability to assess needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions• Goal and performance driven• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking• Computer/technical literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, ExcelSuccessful financial advisors come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
