Leong Financial is a dynamic and rapidly growing financial planning firm in the heart of Honolulu, HI, that helps individuals, families and businesses achieve their highest level of success. As an established financial planning team with over 700 clients, our company is growing and looking for “A” players who want to grow with us.

Description of Position

Leong Financial seeks a Marketing Associate to handle the firm’s administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is a smart, energetic, motivated, and hardworking professional that is process-oriented and passionate about supporting the growth of the firm.

This role will engage with clients to schedule meetings, create feedlists for advisor use, manage advisor emails and calendar, and execute the firm’s marketing strategies, while also contributing across the team as a utility player. No prior experience in the financial services field is needed, but it may help accelerate the learning curve. Excellent communication skills, ability to work as a part of a team and independently, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset are critical qualities for success. An ideal candidate will be competitive by nature, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have an optimal balance of assertiveness and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Maintain electronic client files

· Manage the calendar and schedule client reviews

· Respond to or manage general client servicing questions

· Compose formal letters and emails to clients

· Maintain outstanding personal relationships with clients and coworkers

· Execute diligently on the marketing strategies that contribute to firm growth

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2+ years of marketing experience preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Excellent organizational management skills

· Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality

Compensation: Salary plus bonus and profit sharing; health, vision, and dental insurance; group life and long-term disability; and paid time off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
