What We are looking for

As a Customer Care Agent at Novibet, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about account management and betting options. You'll resolve issues such as payment errors or access difficulties, ensuring a seamless experience. 

What you will work on

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams

What you bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a must-have
  • Fluency in Greek is nice to have
  • Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role is appreciated
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
