NPR’s People Partners play a vital role in promoting organizational effectiveness by aligning individual capabilities and divisional talent in support of NPR’s strategic plan. Our People Partners work closely with their assigned client area to design, develop, and implement Human Resources programs focused on attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating employees to their greatest potential.
In this important role, you will serve as the front-line provider of quality HR service to NPR’s fast-paced Content Division, supporting teams including Planet Money, NPR Music/Tiny Desk and others on matters related to staffing and retention, employee relations, talent planning, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement and strategic planning. As a People Partner at NPR you’ll influence organization and talent initiatives that support our short and long term goals in an environment that encourages collaboration, and professional growth and development.

Salary Range: The U.S. based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $99,000 - $118,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
Benefits: NPR offers access to comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPR’s benefits options. Benefits include access to health and wellness, paid time off, and financial well-being. Plan options include medical, dental, vision, life/ accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, short-term disability, and voluntary retirement savings to all eligible NPR employees.
