Job Description: As an HR Administrative Assistant at Helping Hand Lawn Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our company. Your responsibilities will include:• Employee Relations and Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for employees and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.• Employee Performance Reviews: Assist in organizing and documenting performance reviews to help maintain high standards of service.• Time Entry Data: Manage and verify employee time entries to ensure accurate payroll processing.• Fleet Management: Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of our vehicle fleet to ensure efficient operations.• Time Off Management: Handle requests for employee time off and ensure proper documentation and scheduling.• Interviewing: Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews.• Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies and uniforms, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and organized.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:• Paid time offSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Day shift• Monday to Friday• No nights• No weekendsLanguage:• Spanish (Preferred)License/Certification:• Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
