Technical Support (Cebu IT Park)

• Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
• Identifying hardware and software solutions of endpoint device
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving technical issues related to network interruptions
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have 1 - 2 years experience as IT Onsite Support/ IT Support/ Technical Support.
• Proficient in PC/Laptop troubleshooting
• Background in servers and networks. (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in Ticketing System and Active Directory.
• Has good communication skills.
• Regular day shift schedule (Monday - Saturday)
• Applicants must be willing to work on site.
• Work Location: Cebu IT Park
