In addition, recent the Infrastructure and IRA Bills will provide economic incentives for nuclear plant owners to invest in the plants. Customers have also announced their intentions to operate the nuclear power plants for 80 years. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop projects and sales opportunities at Nuclear Power plants in North America
• Work with internal groups – Nuclear Operations, Engineering and Power Systems Sales to manage upgrade and service opportunities
• Work with the Steam and Generator product lines to develop solutions that match customer needs
• Communicate with factory and supply chain to share responsibility of management of the load plan for steam turbines or generator
• Manage and negotiate contracts for hardware and services for nuclear plants
• Maintain long term internal financial forecasts utilizing Salesforce tools
• Understand the market pricing situation and develop winning negotiation strategies
• Lead the internal approval processes (LOA) and obtain appropriate management approvals

What You Bring

• At least 10+ years of experience and broad knowledge of electrical utility industry
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
• Technical knowledge of products and service that Siemens Energy has in our portfolio
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sharp and targeted negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, when required
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
