Role overview:
Nursa is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Utah to work hybrid out of our headquarters in Murray. This role will primarily focus on applying payments accurately from customers, responding to questions and requests in a timely manner, generating weekly reports, and using professional judgment in serving Nursa’s customers. The Accounts Receivable Specialist II will be an essential part of Nursa’s finance team in following industry and company best practices.
Responsibilities:
Apply payments from customers on a daily basis
Research and resolve all invoice and payment discrepancies
Communicate directly with customers (generally via email, and occasionally by phone) regarding invoices, payments, and collections efforts
Assist in the preparation of weekly reports
Meets regularly with Manager to review status of AR, special projects, and problematic or unusual accounts
Collaborate with the Operations team regularly
Other duties as assigned to support the Accounts Receivable and Finance department
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and AR experience preferred
Highly collaborative
Ability to learn new programs (NetSuite, SalesForce Service Cloud, etc.)
Self-motivated, takes initiative, and able to prioritize
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
