Role overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product for Facilities, this Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by building solutions to help healthcare facilities (hospitals, long term care, clinics, etc.) solve their staffing challenges. You will drive Nursa’s facilities product roadmap during the company's next phase of massive growth and expansion.
This role calls for a strong, proactive leader and manager capable of driving multiple projects and leading a strategic product area. You have demonstrated an excellent track record of successfully delivering solutions on multiple fronts to drive market adoption. Our team is distributed across multiple countries and you must be a collaborator who thinks about execution, people development, and inclusion across distributed timezones in the Americas and Europe.
We are looking for someone who can lead a team to deliver a nascent product, grow and support customers, build long term strategy with partners in Operations and Strategy and ultimately help grow and develop the product team. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.
Responsibilities:
Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build high-impact, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Identify root causes of user problems.
Drive for the best customer experience possible. Work closely with UX and Technology to develop, test, and deliver world-class products that solve customer problems. Own requirements and specifications.
Measure success. Measure everything. A feature's release does not dictate success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.
Execute. Work with counterparts to deliver Coordinate and release plans. Drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.
Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures.
Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate product release communications for your components. Work closely with product marketing to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.
Qualifications:
8+ years of product management experience (6 with a master’s degree, or 3 with a PhD).
Experience gathering and transforming business requirements, qualitative and quantitative data, and market needs into a successful product strategy.
With counterparts, experience driving user research.
Highly proficient in UX/UI best practices.
Can coordinate technically complex projects.
Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with statistical evaluation and experimentation design.
Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
Marketplaces or mix of B2B/B2C experience is a plus.
Must be located in Utah and able to come into our Murray office on a hybrid basis.
