Together, you'll craft and deliver impactful recommendations designed to optimize both customer satisfaction and business success.About the TeamThe GTM Strategy and Planning function plays a crucial role in shaping execution and realizing our vision of becoming a best-in-class revenue marketing organization. While this role is inherently strategic, success will hinge on maintaining disciplined execution to drive solution-led growth strategies, ultimately contributing to the realization of driving incremental top-line growth for Nutanix.Your Role+ Market and Segmentation Analysis: Conduct market and segmentation analysis, encompassing market trends, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities that drive new ACV for Nutanix Cloud Platform.+ Build GTM Plans: Analyze addressable market, customer data, and competitive research to inform and refine GTM strategy to support key marketing motions around AI, cloud native, and the next big thing. Identify influencers, watering holes and multi -channel strategy to create, capture and convert demand.+ GTM Moment Build: Identify opportunistic moments to drive Nutanix awareness and mindshare and drive cross-functional execution plans to get messages in market at speed and scale.+ Help Increase Mindshare: Identify key areas of GTM and generate thought leadership ideas to build Nutanix mindshare and drive adoption. Work with corporate marketing to coalesce voice of the customer and influencers to support the GTM motion.+ Collaboration for Growth : Collaborate closely with business development and partner marketing teams to establish mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the overall success of solution-led approach.+ Cross-Organizational / Functional Communication: Maintain robust cross-organizational communication with corporate strategy, sales, business development, product, operations, and cross-marketing teams to ensure seamless launch processes and execution plans.+ Support for Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team in executing one GTM calendar with product launches, milestone moments, customer programs, and quarterly demand plans.+ Reporting and Measurement: Design and track reporting dashboards to measure success against defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).+ Strategic Recommendations : Build strategic recommendations and actively contribute to decision-making processes with senior leadership.What You Will Bring+ 8+ years of marketing, technical sales or product management experience+ Bachelors degree or higher in business, marketing, computer sciences or related field+ Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs from concept to completion+ Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization, especially leadership, to gain support for initiatives+ Deep knowledge of AI, Cloud native and cloud IaaS and PaaS markets+ Prior experience in taking enterprise technology or SaaS solution to marketThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 174,320 and USD $ 348,600 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
