IT Support Associate

Nutrafol is seeking an IT Support Associate to join their team in a remote role, supporting technical needs for a growing company focused on hair wellness.

Skills

Experience in Mac & PC environment setup and troubleshooting
Managing iOS and Android devices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with G-Suite and remote logistics
Familiarity with SASE tools

Responsibilities

Respond to employee tech support requests
Troubleshoot IT-related problems across various devices and systems
Assist in onboarding new employees with computer setup and system access
Manage tools and systems access and licensing for security compliance
Procure and manage computer equipment for employees
