Operations Manager

Nutrafol is looking for an Operations Manager to join a fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, motivated, and have excellent organizational skills.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce
Experience in Excel and operational management systems
Knowledge of eCommerce business model

Responsibilities

Support Operations Leadership in day-to-day project management
Lead and manage direct reports to ensure operational objectives are met
Review and improve internal processes quarterly
Identify and mitigate operational risks with action plans
Oversee department systems and fulfillment process

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or similar field
4-6 years experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
