Responsibilities

Recruit and coach the first Field Medical team
Lead development of deployment plan and standardization of policies
Build and deploy systems for Medical insights and CRM
Monitor key performance indicators and report to senior leadership
Drive thought leader engagement and scientific exchange
Develop annual Field Medical tactical plan and manage budget
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Education

MD, PharmD, or PhD required
