At the heart of every successful artificial intelligence (AI) product is data! The Autonomous Vehicles (AV) team is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to build the future of NVIDIA's AV data flywheel and enable rapid improvements in product software ranging from driver assistance all the way to true hands-off, mind-off autonomous driving.In this role, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to craft and deliver feature roadmaps relating to searching and extracting value from data at a huge scale, including data processing, extraction of valuable training cases, and curation of these datasets as part of an AI product lifecycle. These solutions will span technologies across infrastructure, traditional data solutions, the latest in computer vision language models, other ML approaches, and more. Data is at the core of AI and AV and in this role you will build the essential components required to provide the best possible experience to our customers, both now and in the future.What You'll Be Doing• Work with internal customers and engineering teams to understand needs to define market-competitive roadmaps and bring clarity on our product goals around data mining, analytics, and dataset management for training and evaluating AI models and self driving software.• Interact directly with engineering teams to define execution roadmaps from customer requirements around data mining, extraction, corner case management, and dataset preparation, both for development and production data.• Define and implement new processes to streamline execution and coordinate data needs across several consumer teams and to communicate progress against those needs to partners• Coordinate and communicate with partner teams and internal customers to resolve bottlenecks, address issues, and keep workstreams moving.• Develop a strong technical understanding of the entire stack to proactively identify areas of improvement and investmentWhat We Need To See• Driven leader with strong skills in influencing, communication, presenting, consensus and multi-functional team building across time zones• Experience in data mining, data mining product development, and using data at scale to build and evaluate AI products• Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions• Technical ability to think creatively to resolve development issues and constraints• Experience working with new products and technologies and bringing them into reality, especially with managing sophisticated and innovative software• 8+ years of recent Product or Program Management experience• BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd• Relevant domain knowledge (Data Science, Multi-modal Search, Data Mining, Dataset Management, Data Labeling, Computer Vision, Automotive, and/or AI).• Familiarity or experience with specific relevant technologies or solutions (e.g., multi-modal search (language, content, structured), relevant cloud infrastructure, data analytics engines, dataset preparation or labelling, etc.)• Experience in a fast-paced AI company or Autonomous Vehicle company• Previous experience as data scientist, software engineer in a related space• Showing you always strive to learn new things, enjoy solving hard problems, and care about the end productWe are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in simulation, visualization, supercomputing and self-driving cars. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
