QA Systems Analyst

Summary

As a QA Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the MRP platform, validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system effectively supports our manufacturing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high application quality
• Execute functional and regression testing based on test plans and user stories
• Develop and maintain test cases and related documentation
• Identify, document, and track defects in coordination with the development team
• Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of escalated production support issues
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, support procedures, and user guides

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or Level 2/3 application support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and issue troubleshooting
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or other ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing context is a plus
