SAP CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Configure SAP CRM modules, including sales, marketing, and service functionalities, aligning them with business processes.
- Develop and support ABAP enhancements and reports related to CRM functionalities.
- Conduct testing and validation of configurations and custom developments to ensure system efficacy.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the usage of CRM solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant with a techno-functional background.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
- Experience in configuring CRM modules and developing ABAP reports and enhancements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and respond to complex business needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- SAP CRM certification or related qualifications is highly desirable.
