Responsibilities
Support Recruitment Manager in maximizing the use of the ATS
Follow up with HR Managers to ensure timely submittal of applicant scorecards
Run reports using ATS for Recruitment Manager
Formatting, publishing, and unpublishing job postings
Create presentation decks, charts, and graphs
Track job requisition workflow
Scheduling and coordinating recruitment meetings
Handle HR related recruitment inquiries
Support Recruitment Manager with research appropriate sourcing
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
2 years of experience in a recruitment assistant role
