Nymbl Science is seeking a Lead Data Analytics Engineer to enhance our mission-driven tech improving older adults' mobility. The ideal candidate will drive our data analytics function, support product insights, and deliver valuable reports to our customers.

Support product analytics to gain insights into user behavior and drive product improvements.
Collaborate with teams across the company to assess needs, translate requirements and develop data products within a modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Sigma, Fivetran, Rudderstack and Prefect).
Build, maintain, refactor and optimize data models in our dbt project with a focus on data governance, data quality, and DRY development practices.
Identify, define, design and track metrics that inform the business and guide product development.
Design, conduct, analyze and report results from A/B tests for product, engineering and marketing teams.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to surface insights with teams across the company.
Process and analyze claims data to demonstrate the value of our solution to health plans and other stakeholders.
Generate customer reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or data engineer.
3+ years developing in dbt, ideally in support of product analytics.
3+ years of experience creating visualizations within a BI platform.
Proficiency in SQL.
Familiarity with Python.
Experience with a workflow orchestration platform (airflow, prefect, dagster).
Strong understanding of data security considerations.
Experience with data modeling and ELT development principles.
Experience with statistical concepts and A/B testing best practices.
Experience with version control via git.
Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Master's degree in a quantitative field
Experience working with health plans and health systems
Familiarity with healthcare industry best practices and regulations
Compensation and benefits: The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Nymbl covers 100% premium our of bronze United HealthCare medical health plan for you and your dependents. And we cover 80% of the dental and vision insurance premiums for employees. Additionally, Nymbl covers 100% premiums for life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability. And we also offer a flexible PTO policy and 401k match.
