From the former, we inherit a tradition that spans a century, having set the highest standards in freight forwarding, moving and logistics services across the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean. From the latter, we pick the dynamics of a 90-year enterprise that grew into a flexible handler of diverse logistics needs, with one of the largest truck fleets in the region.

We are seeking for our niche service lines (Removals, Fine Arts, Exhibition Logistics and Relocation) a highly motivated Group Business Development Senior Manager/Director to join our dynamic team.

As the Group Business Development Senior Manager/Director, you will lead and expand our sales operations across Greece, international subsidiaries, and new markets. This role involves driving customer base growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify market opportunities, develop services, and enhance sales through cross-selling initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure and manage the sales team in Greece, international subsidiaries, and new markets.
  • Expand the customer base in sectors such as removals, art logistics (museums, galleries), exhibitions, and relocation & immigration services).
  • Establish and manage partnerships with internationally recognized clients to strengthen the company’s presence.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to maximize sales and increase revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new service development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with all Service Lines, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to effectively implement growth strategies.
  • Develop opportunities through cross-selling in cooperation with the OB Streem sales team.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and commercial strategy development.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to structure and oversee remote sales teams.
  • Very good communication, negotiations skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • International experience in Business development will be considered as a plus

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial\business development experience, preferably within the Removals, Fine Art, Exhibition Logistics, Events and hospitality or Luxury Goods industries and/or multinational companies
