OC Innovation Lab Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver Oral Care application samples for client briefs and Innovation projects
• Compound flavor oils for use in Oral Care applications
• Test samples for performance and stability while adhering to delivery due dates
• Organize expert sensory evaluations and analyze the resulting evaluation data
• Independently operate standard laboratory equipment and employ good laboratory practices
• Identify and trouble shoot technical problems in application samples, tests, and processes
• Keep daily records and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed; keep personal workbench clean and organized as per best practices
• Manage stock of lab supplies and raw materials as well as storage of retained samples

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• REQUIRED – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience preferably in a scientific discipline
