To help us achieve our ambitions to rapidly scale the ECO business, a new exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as Scheduling Coordinator supporting our in house Installation teams visiting our customers homes. We’re looking for somebody with awesome organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and amazing collaboration and communication skills. Your communication skills will be at the forefront as you work with our brilliant operational teams, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day installs.
This role is remote with occasional travel as required, mostly to our wonderful Coventry and Nottingham offices.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator to support our amazing in-house Installation teams as they visit our customers' homes in Nottingham. In this role, you’ll tap into your fantastic organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and top-notch collaboration abilities to ensure seamless operations. As a key connector between our operational teams and our customers, your role is pivotal in orchestrating everything from appointment management to resolving potential hiccups during installations. Each day will be dynamic and rewarding as you’ll juggle schedules while proactively liaising with customers to prepare them for their installation experience. Planning ahead is crucial, so you’ll be looking at diaries up to four weeks in advance and optimizing installer routes based on geographical knowledge. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly handling queries or complaints with professionalism and empathy. The role is remote with occasional travel to our delightful offices in Coventry and Nottingham. You’ll not only be contributing to reducing carbon emissions for our customers but also enhancing their experience by ensuring their installations run perfectly.
