Product Manager

OffSec, the leading provider of continuous professional and workforce development in cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their distributed team in designing and building a high-traffic web platform.

Skills

Good business acumen
Experience in product management for high-growth B2B or B2C ecommerce products
Agile software development experience
Cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Results-oriented with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Develop roadmap to achieve product strategy
Translate company values into user experience and features
Prioritize roadmap items for business impact
Review and prioritize product backlog
Collaborate on execution plans with technical leads and project managers
Participate in all phases of software development
Monitor key metrics and project status
Encourage knowledge sharing and team empowerment

Education

Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience
Experience with SaaS products, LMS, online training products
Experience in agile software development teams
Good understanding of software development lifecycle
