Head of Product Design

OfferFit is seeking a highly talented Head of Product Design to lead their design team and manage the design process for their AI-driven marketing technology product.

Skills

Leadership in design
Portfolio showcasing complex design projects
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Excellent communication skills
Experience with data-intensive or ML products

Responsibilities

Establish guiding principles and quality processes for product design
Manage and coach individual designers
Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes
Identify UX challenges and opportunities
Conduct user experience research
Craft intuitive navigation flows and unified style

Education

Bachelor's degree in design or related field
