Join the Planning & Ops team as a program manager supporting the Marketing and Commnications, Corporate Responsbility, and Strategic Partnerships teams. In this role, you will work in conjunction with various levels of leadership to collect and organize complex programs that require participation across internal and external partners.
We are looking for a solutions-oriented critical thinker, who is proactive, well-organized, and has a proven track record of shaping and delivering programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter skilled at working cross-functionally, has a track record of building solid business partner relationships, is a quick learner, and has the ability to flex to different types of projects (marketing, tech, partnerships) and deliver impactful results.
With a focus on delivering delightful customer experiences and outstanding business results, you will establish excellent organization, collaboration, and communication in your programs, applying and optimizing best practices, tools, and processes to get the job done in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5+ years leading programs

Demonstrated ability to influence at the mid-manager and higher level within a matrixed

Program Management knowledge, program framework best practices, tools, and techniques

Management of complex and fast-paced programs to successful delivery (on time, on budget, meeting requirements, and achieving stated business outcomes)
