Our office is growing, and we are hiring an experienced Office Administrator who can help support our team during this period of growth. We are looking for someone who is skilled at managing multiple projects and can evaluate the priorities of those projects, effectively managing time and creating a smooth-running office environment. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with all staff members, prioritize tasks and use their expert organizational skills to keep our office running efficiently. We are looking for someone with a background in customer service and to assist with daily tasks such as setting up appointments, bill pay reminders, and using communication through phone, email and text. Our agency is insurance based and experience is preferred, but not mandatory as we will train and develop skills needed. This is not a sales position and looking for assistance managing the office.
