About the Role 


Imagine you had the chance to shape the people practices and philosophies of thousands of companies across the globe. This is the focus of Lattice’s Advisory Services team, whose mission is to bring the most relevant, data-backed, forward-thinking, expert guidance to our customers’ People Strategies. And this will be your focus, as you revolutionize Lattice customers’ approach to, and execution of, Goals and OKRs.

Our customers face many challenges as they tackle their biggest objectives: building and maintaining culture, instituting meaningful performance management processes, training and enabling their people managers, using data to make decisions about the future of their teams, and — very importantly — introducing and propagating Goals or OKR methodologies across their organizations.


As a Goals and OKR Specialist on the Lattice Advisory Services team, your primary responsibilities will be to work closely with our customers to develop and implement Goal/OKR processes that will help them achieve their desired business outcomes, as well as coach them to build strong organizational Goal habits. You will bring your expertise to bear, but will also be open to learning from customers, partners, and Latticians, to collaborate on a world-class experience for our customers.


In addition to this, and as you settle into your role delivering Goals services to our customers, you will have general responsibilities around identifying best practices, enabling teams internally, and working with the Lattice Advisory Services team to develop new offerings around Goals and OKRs.


Consult and Evangelize Externally: You take a consultative approach and connect with customers. You excel at giving educated advice and get energy from storytelling. You leverage your experience and expertise to help set up our customers for success as they implement Goal or OKR programs.

Educate and Coach: You will apply your strong communication and presentation skills as a host of our specialized OKR training programs, and you will be a trusted advisor to our customers’ executive teams as you directly lead high-impact workshops.

Produce Best Practices: You have experience with and keep learning about cutting-edge Goals / OKRs practices and philosophies. You leverage this knowledge, set of interests and skill set to collaborate with the Advisory services team on developing best practices in the Goals space.  

You will report to the Sr. OKR Consultant on Lattice Advisory Services.


Responsibilities

Consult with Lattice customers on their Goals-related strategic needs 

Bring and maintain deep expertise and specialization in all things Goals — from goal creation, to goal methodology adoption, to OKRs — pulling from past experience, engagements with current customers, and ongoing research and training

Guide customers through the Lattice process for Goal and OKR process definition and implementation

Deliver some of our OKR Champ Camp offerings to guide Lattice customers across all segments build their Goal and OKR expertise

Assist customers in leadership trainings and workshops 

Constantly help evolve our world-class services offerings for customers who use Lattice to record their Goals or OKRs 

Qualifications

You have 2+ years of experience working in OKR implementation or consulting, both in devising systemic change management programs, as well as leading workshops / working directly with individuals on their OKRs 

You have 2+ years of experience working with or on Business Operations teams

You are an incredible speaker and presenter, comfortable delivering training or sharing concepts with customers or internal stakeholders

You demonstrate interest and capacity for making an impact at a broad scale, be it across teams, companies or industries

You demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously, but are compulsive about communicating proactively to keep your stakeholders and teammates informed

You possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

You have experience in a growing startup / technology environment

You are passionate about making our customers personally and professionally successful

You are an excellent teammate who gives ideas to improve processes

You show commitment to Lattice’s mission and values

Nice to have  

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in the realm of Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or equivalent

Experience working on a People / HR team, or working directly with People / HR team leaders

Strong data acumen; comfortable with statistical analysis
